Option 1: Dashboard Connector (Recommended)

Connect via the Inception Agents dashboard using OAuth. No code required.

  2. 2 Click "Connect BigCommerce" and authorize via OAuth
  3. 3 Select storefronts to optimize
  4. 4 Data syncs automatically — products appear in your dashboard within minutes

Option 2: API Token (Manual)

Generate an API token directly from your BigCommerce admin panel.

  1. 1 Create a BigCommerce API account at Store Setup > API Accounts
  2. 2 Grant read access to Products, Content, and Store Information
  3. 3 Copy the Access Token, Client ID, and Store Hash
  4. 4 Enter credentials in the Inception Agents dashboard under Connectors > BigCommerce
